Ingredients:
- 4 chunks of a chicken
- 1 kilo of noodles
- Ground garlic
- Onion
- Tomato
- Red ground peruvian chili
- Cummin and pepper
- Ground peanut
- Raisins
- Mushrooms with laurel
- Olives
- and the secret - grated quince, a very personal Celestina's touch.
